Vincentian Villa Pricing

Residents who live at Vincentian Villa pay an entrance fee and a monthly fee.

The monthly fee covers a variety of amenities and services in a simple monthly payment. Monthly fees vary based on single or double occupancy, and the size and type of home you choose. Monthly fees start at $1700. Monthly fees are paid on a month-to-month basis.

The entrance fee is a one time payment that is 90% refundable should you leave the community for any reason. Entrance fees also vary based on single or double occupancy, and the size and type of home you choose. Entrance fees start at $100,000.

Because Vincentian Villa is part of a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, through Vincentian Home, residents of Vincentian Villa have priority access to appropriate services offered within the Vincentian system including personal care services, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation in an inpatient our outpatient setting.

One half (or 50%) of the entrance fee is due when you are notified that your unit is ready for occupancy. The remaining 50% of the entrance fee is due when you move in.
