Meet our Staff
Elaine Anderson, MPT, OCS
Elaine, a certified orthopaedic specialist, brings more than 20 years of physical therapy experience to Vincentian outpatient services. Her clinical expertise includes manual therapy and evaluation and treatment of foot and ankle injuries and conditions. Elaine attended the University of Pittsburgh for two years and graduated from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She joined Vincentian outpatient services from UPMC Passavant Hospital where she was the outpatient physical therapy manager. Elaine is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the section on orthopaedics.
Linda Parkinson, OTR/L

Linda Parkinson joined Vincentian outpatient services as the outpatient manager from Healthsouth, where she served as director of outpatient programs. An occupational therapist, Linda is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and College Misericordia. Her clinical interests include treatment of hand injuries and conditions and industrial rehabilitation. Linda is a member of the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Nancy Kammersell, MA, CCC, SLP
Nancy Kammersell brings more than 25 years of speech therapy experience to Vincentian Rehabilitation Services and has worked in the North Hills for the past nine years. She is certified to provide vital stim therapy and has an interest in stroke and head injury. At Vincentian Rehabilitation Services, Nancy evaluates and treats patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. After witnessing the effects of her grandfather’s stroke in 1971, Nancy took an interest in speech therapy. Today, she most enjoys the time she spends with her patients hearing their fascinating stories. She takes pride in the successful outcomes she’s witnessed in her patients and in the joy patients feel upon recovery. Her current work is focused on evaluating people for swallowing problems and determining the appropriate approach for each patient. Additionally she’s focusing on cognitive therapy, memory therapy, language and communication therapy.
