Marian Manor Child Development and Learning Center (MMCD) is a rewarding place to work and we pride ourselves in hiring and retaining many talented and knowledgeable instructors.

MMCD has very low staff turnover. Your child will experience the same loving care provided by consistent staff on a daily basis throughout the years he or she is with us.

All staff must have clearances serving children (Act 33) and public and private schools (Act 34). Our staff are encouraged to continue their education in order to stay current with the latest teaching methods and practices. Our staff also participates in team building and other child development workshops.
