Marian Manor offers a continuum of high quality, 24 hour nursing care within a uniquely loving, spiritual environment.

We provide long-term care to assist the chronically ill or disabled with daily activities like eating, dressing or bathing. There's also short-term rehabilitation care in the event of an emergency or crisis. For instance, if someone needs intensive therapy following a fall resulting in a fracture, pneumonia or a hospital event.

Our care includes Personal, Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation Therapy and a specialized Dementia Unit.

An interdisciplinary Healthcare Team is a key to all aspects of our nursing care. This team includes representatives from nursing, social services, activities, dietary, therapy, restorative and pastoral care. They do a comprehensive assessment upon admission to develop an individualized, needs-based care plan. This is followed by quarterly and annual reviews.

Personal Care provides 24-hour supervision in a pleasant residential setting for those who require assistance in the daily tasks of living and medical supervision.

Marian Manor provides professionally supervised nursing care and other related medical and health services for people who are assessed as needing 24-hour nursing care in a long-term care facility.

Rehabilitation Services

Marian Manor offers short term rehabilitation for people who need a place to recuperate before returning home and therapy for long term residents as well.
