At Vincentian Home and Vincentian Home Assisted Living, our
staff provides quality-of-life programs dedicated to enhance
the "joy of daily living."
These programs include:
• Pastoral Care—including the services of a chaplain
and daily Mass, with closed-circuit TV for those unable to attend
in person
• Licensed social workers for residents and their families
• Recreational programs designed for a high level of resident
choice
• Appetizing and nutritious meals created by our registered
dietitian to meet the needs of all residents
• A fully equipped beauty and barber shop
We know that the quality of our staff determines the quality
of our services, and we are proud of the level of professionalism
and care our staff provides, especially:.
• A friendly, warm attitude and demeanor reflecting a real
concern for each individual resident
• A high ratio of professional nursing staff to residents
allowing us to offer an exceptional quality of care
• Extensive and ongoing educational programs including
training not only in client care, but also in such fields as
Fire and Safety, Privacy, and HIPAA, as well as instruction
in responding to the rights and needs of our residents and their
families.
The Vincentian spirit helps guarantee that our services will
be provided in a Christian atmosphere by a staff committed to
making residents feel welcome and secure in an atmosphere of
genuine respect for their privacy and dignity.
