Founded
in 1943, Vincentian de Marillac, located
in Pittsburgh's East End, is operated by the Vincentian Sisters of
Charity. We feel that there is a quiet, green serenity about Vincentian
de Marillac, and welcoming warmth. Nestled on 25 beautifully landscaped
acres, Vincentian de Marillac is an urban oasis, combining the convenience
of a city location with the peace of mind of a rural setting. Residents
are fond of watching the wild deer and turkey often seen browsing
on the grounds.
Operating under the auspices of Vincentian Collaborative Services,
we seek to be a healing presencededicated to a respect for individual
dignity and the value of human life. Our primary concern is to create
a family-like settinga loving, caring atmospherethat promotes
the physical, spiritual, psychological, and social well-being of each
resident.
At Vincentian de Marillac, our staff
is committed to providing nursing home services
for our clients with
the highest level of professionalism.
