At Vincentian Collaborative System, our goal is to provide high-quality programs for the aging that are compassionate, comprehensive, affordable, dignified, and strongly spiritual in nature.

Vincentian Collaborative System currently provides the following programs in a variety of safe and convenient settings.

Primary Services
• Skilled and intermediate care
• Long-term and short-term care
• Speech, occupational, and physical therapies, available
six days per week
• Assisted living

Ancillary Services
• Dental, podiatry, ophthalmology, audiology
• Pharmacy
• Laboratory, EKG, and x-ray
• IV therapy and oxygen therapy
• Ostomy care
• Hospice

We also seek, in the spirit of St. Vincent and St. Louise, to act as advocates for the rights and needs of those we serve.
