Purpose
The Vincentian Collaborative Services (VCS) Web site is designed to provide users with information regarding the services provided by it and its member facilities. This information regarding VCS may be available to users in a number of different formats.

Privacy Statement
Vincentian Collaborative Services respects and protects the privacy of users of its Web site. User-specific information of a personal nature is normally not collected. However, the Web site provides a CONTACT US button and e-mail addresses that permit communication between the user and VCS. When a user communicates with the Web site via e-mail, a record of the user's e-mail address, name, and other personal information (if provided) will be maintained.

All user-specific information of a personal nature that is collected will be maintained in the records of VCS or its facilities in either hard copy or electronic form. These are used to analyze trends, administer the Web site, and gather information for aggregate use. Such information is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Every effort is made to preserve user privacy, but, if required by legal action, VCS may need to disclose personal information to comply with such proceedings.
