VCDC is a good place to work; we know treating our staff well and holding them to the highest standards translates into better care they are able to provide for your child.

VCDC has a low staff turnover. Your child will experience the same loving care provided by consistent staff on a daily basis throughout the years he or she is with us.

Our staff members are trained in CPR & first aid, and all staff members are required to have either a college degree in child development or a related field, or a minimum of two years previous child care experience. Staff members are required to receive 16 hours of continuing education training per year on child care and child development related topics.
